How to sign up? 
Fill out the business registration form below.

Submit proof of address for all authorized signatories, UBOs, and board members. This can be a utility bill (electricity, water, internet) or a bank statement showing the current residential address. The document must be dated within the last 3 months.
Submit a complete copy of your company’s original articles of association. This document must include all pages, stamped and signed by a notary.
Provide valid identification for all authorized signatories, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) with 10% or more ownership, and both supervisory and executive directors. Accepted documents include a local ID card (sedula) or passport. Include their phone numbers and email addresses.
Submit an updated company structure chart showing the full ownership chain up to the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs). Include ownership percentages and ensure the document is dated and signed by the general manager.
Provide an official extract from the Chamber of Commerce, stamped and signed, that confirms the registration details of your company. Ensure the document is not older than 3 months.
Provide a detailed shareholders register listing all current shareholders. This document must be complete and signed. 
Provide documentation that demonstrates the origin of funds deposited into the account. This can include financial statements, invoices, contracts, or any other relevant proof that explains how the funds were acquired.
Enter the CRIB number assigned to your company for tax identification purposes. This number is issued by the local tax authority.
Provide the CRIB number for all Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) who hold 10% or more ownership in the company. This number ensures proper tax identification.
